Responsibilities Deliver creative, personalised lessons to meet individual EHCP outcomes Support pupils with complex learning, physical and sensory needs Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and healthcare professionals Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records Promote independence, communication and confidence throughout the school day  Skills and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Minimum of 6 months' experience teaching pupils with SEN within a UK school Experience differentiating learning to meet complex needs Enhanced Child or Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months  Location and Package Location: Walsall Contract type: Long-term with potential for permanence Start date: September 2026 Salary: £140 - £253 per day  If you have a genuine desire to inspire and support pupils with a wide range of additional needs and are committed to delivering personalised learning, this role could be perfect for you.
