Engineer Service Coordinator

They are recruiting for a Service Coordinator * Based from their office in Sevenoaks in Kent * Working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm OR 8.30am till 5.30pm * Planning the domestic heating engineers days for them going to customers houses to do gas boiler maintenance and repair calls * Liaising with the customer when needed about the engineers visit * Assessing the engineers route during the day and recognising things to make them more efficient * Keeping an eye on stock and parts management to make sure the engineers have the right equipment for each of the jobs they get called out to Salary for a service coordinator * 29k basic salary * 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays * Holiday entitlement goes up by 5 days after 5 years of service * Private healthcare after probation * Free parking on site Experience needed to be a service coordinator * Living within travelling distance to the office in Sevenoaks in Kent * You need some sort of experience as a service planner, a service coordinator or experience i8n booking out to people or things to places on a daily basis * Obviously having any additional experience within the gas industry would be a major advantage * Computer literate with good paperwork skills * You need to be organised and be able to multi task For an immediate interview contact Adam Southam call me on (phone number removed) (agy) In the event that you are contacted for a role, please note that as part of the registration process you shall be required to provide FRONTrunner Recruitment Ltd. with proof of identity as well as proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
