Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, with flexibility for the right candidate
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:00am–5:30pm | Friday, 9:00am–5:15pm
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary, ongoing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy legal team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous conveyancing experience and be confident working with legal terminology. The role is predominantly focused on typing and administrative support, so strong typing skills and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day secretarial and administrative support
  
  
• Typing legal correspondence and documentation
  
  
• Supporting the conveyancing team with general administration
  
  
• Accurately using legal and conveyancing terminology
  
  
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  
  
• Assisting with other duties as required
  
  

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary
  
  
• Conveyancing experience is essential/preferred
  
  
• Strong typing and administrative skills
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
  
• Good understanding of legal terminology
  
  
• Reliable, organised and professional
  
  
• Available to start at short notice
