The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Urology Registrar to support a service in Wales.

This opportunity offers a Monday to Friday locum contract with no on-call commitments, providing structured and consistent work within a busy hospital environment. The role offers a varied job plan, including theatre sessions, outpatient clinics, and flexible clinical time.

You will be working alongside established clinical teams, supporting day-to-day service delivery and contributing to safe, effective patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality patient care within a Urology setting.
  • Participate in theatre sessions and outpatient clinics.
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in line with current clinical guidelines and best practice.
  • Support day-to-day service delivery and patient flow.
  • Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing teams, AHPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with NHS standards.
  • Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and contribute to patient safety initiatives.
  • Support a safe, effective, and well-functioning clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Active GMC registration.
  • Relevant recent UK NHS experience within Urology.
  • Previous experience working at Registrar level.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an established multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical judgement, communication, and professionalism.
  • Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
