The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Specialty Doctor in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Obs & Gynae) to support services in the East Midlands.
This is a long-term locum opportunity offering an immediate start and rota-based working patterns. The role is ideal for candidates with NHS experience at ST3+ level who are confident working within busy Obstetrics & Gynaecology services while delivering high standards of patient care.
You will work alongside established multidisciplinary teams, supporting service delivery and contributing to safe, effective, and patient-centred care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality Obstetrics & Gynaecology care within your scope of practice.
• Support inpatient and outpatient clinical services as required.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, junior doctors, midwives, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
• Participate in ward rounds, patient assessments, and treatment planning.
• Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and contribute to patient safety initiatives.
• Support the effective delivery of departmental services and rota requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Active GMC registration.
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience at ST3+ grade level within Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Recent NHS experience is essential.
• Ability to work within NHS capped rate requirements.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively within established multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
