The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Consultant Breast Radiologist to support a service within the South East.

This opportunity offers a locum contract from ASAP ongoing, working Monday to Wednesday, 09:00 - 17:00. It is well suited to experienced Breast Radiologists who are confident supporting specialist breast imaging services and working within multidisciplinary cancer care pathways.

You will be working alongside established clinical teams, supporting one-stop breast clinics, ultrasound and interventional lists, and MDT meetings, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred breast care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support breast one-stop clinics within a specialist breast service.
• Perform breast ultrasound examinations and image-guided procedures.
• Undertake interventional breast radiology lists.
• Participate in Breast MDT meetings and contribute to patient management decisions.
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, oncologists, breast care nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
• Contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused breast imaging services.
• Support day-to-day service provision within the Park Centre for Breast Care.

What We're Looking For

• Active GMC registration.
• Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register.
• Relevant recent UK NHS experience in Breast Radiology.
• Experience supporting breast one-stop clinics, ultrasound, and interventional procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of an established multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and professionalism.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
