We are currently seeking a Consultant Respiratory Physician to support a leading NHS Trust in the South East.

This locum opportunity with the Trust offers a structured weekday job plan combining Respiratory Outpatient Clinics, Ward Cover, and Supporting Professional Activities (SPA/Admin). The role is ideal for experienced Respiratory Consultants looking for a stable and rewarding NHS locum assignment.

You will work alongside established multidisciplinary teams, supporting respiratory services while delivering high-quality patient care across outpatient and inpatient settings.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality Consultant-level Respiratory Medicine services within an NHS setting
• Lead and support Respiratory outpatient clinics
• Provide ward-based respiratory care and clinical oversight
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions
• Work collaboratively with nursing teams, junior doctors, and allied healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to safe, effective, and patient-centred care delivery
• Support service continuity and clinical excellence across the department

What We're Looking For

• Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practise
• CCT in Respiratory Medicine (or equivalent experience)
• Previous NHS experience at Consultant level
• Strong clinical judgement and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamworking abilities
• Ability to work independently within a busy healthcare environment
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
