About the role

About ProMedical

ProMedical delivers structured insourced clinical services that support healthcare providers to increase clinical capacity and improve patient access within established care pathways.

Our programmes are built around multidisciplinary teams, deployed on-site to deliver coordinated clinical activity during periods of sustained demand. We operate as a framework-approved provider on the HealthTrust Europe and CPS Clinical Insourcing frameworks, with a delivery model centred on clinical governance, mobilisation, rota planning and consistent service quality.

The Programme

We are currently supporting workforce planning for an anticipated Diagnostic Endoscopy Insourcing Programme, delivering additional diagnostic capacity within an established independent healthcare provider supporting NHS-commissioned services.

You will become part of a structured, clinically governed insourcing programme, working alongside experienced endoscopists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient diagnostic endoscopy services.

We are seeking experienced Endoscopy Nurses with relevant diagnostic endoscopy experience who are interested in supporting programme-based clinical delivery.

The programme will initially focus primarily on diagnostic gastroscopy (OGD), with additional diagnostic colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy activity expected as mobilisation progresses.
