Design and Technology Teacher | Northern Rivers NSW (Lismore Area 2480) 
Help students transform ideas into practical solutions through hands-on, project-based learning.

This permanent part-time opportunity offers the chance to teach across Years 7-12, supporting students as they develop creativity, technical skills and design thinking while contributing to the future direction of senior Design and Technology programs. 

The Role 
Working across Stages 4-6, you will deliver engaging Design and Technology learning experiences that connect classroom concepts with real-world applications. From foundational technology skills through to senior secondary pathways, you will help students build confidence in problem-solving, innovation and informed decision-making. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Delivering Technology and Design & Technology programs across Years 7-12 
• Sequencing learning from junior technologies through to senior D&T courses 
• Maintaining a safe, organised and effective workshop environment 
• Assessing student achievement and providing clear, actionable feedback 
• Contributing to curriculum planning and faculty program development 
• Participating in co-curricular and whole-school activities
