Full time Sales Person - Beds and Bedding

Our client is a leading beds and bedding retailer seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is confident in a sales environment and takes pride in helping people find the right products for their needs. You'll be working in a showroom environment where product knowledge, customer service and achieving sales results are key.

You'll guide customers through the purchasing process, understand their needs and recommend the right beds, mattresses and bedding products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and creating a positive showroom experience
• Understanding customer needs and providing tailored recommendations
• Managing sales from initial enquiry through to completion
• Working towards individual and store sales targets
• Building strong customer relationships and following up on enquiries
• Developing detailed knowledge of the product range
• Maintaining showroom presentation and product standards
• Supporting general showroom operations and administration

About You

We're looking for a confident and personable salesperson who enjoys working with customers and is motivated by achieving results.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous retail or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working towards sales targets
• A customer-first approach and professional manner
• Strong listening and consultative selling skills
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine interest in beds, bedding or homewares is advantageous

The Details

• Full-time position
• Sunday to Thursday roster
• Friday and Saturday off every week
• Customer-focused showroom environment
• Ongoing training and product development
