The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality food across multiple service styles within a fast-paced kitchen environment. Working alongside senior chefs, you will support daily kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional standards in food safety, preparation, and presentation. This role is ideal for a strong pan-and-grill chef who thrives in a high-energy kitchen and takes pride in consistency and teamwork.

Skills & Attributes

• Trade-qualified chef with 2-3 years' experience and strong expertise in the pan and grill sections
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
• Excellent communication skills, working effectively across both front and back of house teams
• Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example and contribute to a high-performing team environment
