About the Role:

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to establish kitchen operations, implement systems and procedures, and lead a team that takes pride in delivering quality food every service.

This hands-on role will see you involved in everything from team training and stock control to menu execution and maintaining the highest food safety standards. You'll have the unique opportunity to help build a high-performing kitchen from the ground up and be part of an exciting venue launch.

Your Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a busy hospitality environment
* Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
* Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen compliance, and operational procedures
* Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume service environments
* Passion for quality food, teamwork, and creating outstanding guest experiences
