The Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of this thriving hospitality venue. Working closely with the ownership team, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including food and beverage operations, functions, gaming, entertainment and team leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is driven to continually improve the guest experience and commercial performance of the venue.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager or senior hospitality leader
• Strong understanding of food, beverage and gaming operations
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent financial acumen, including labour and cost control
• Current RSA, RSG and RP Badge
• Hands-on leadership style with exceptional customer service skills
