Van Drivers Needed – Home Deliveries

6:30am starts

The Role:

Join a leading home delivery company based in Cribbs Causeway. This is a two-man team operation-you are never on your own.

• You drive the vehicle and lead the route.

• Your Drivers’ Mate assists with navigation, manages the delivery tablet, and helps with the heavy lifting.

• Together, you both work as a team to carry deliveries into the customer’s room of choice.

The Shift Pattern (More Days Off)

• Week 1: Monday – Friday

• Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday (Meaning you get a 3-day weekend every other week!)

What the work actually looks like:

• Deliveries: Only 18-30 drops per day (low volume = less rushing).

• Finish Time: Typically 16:00-18:00 (No late nights).

• Physical side: Yes, you will help with carrying-but with a mate splitting the load, it’s far easier than solo courier work.

• Customer Service: You are the face of a premium brand. Polite, professional, and careful with people’s homes.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experienced van drivers with a valid UK driving licence.

• Reliable individuals who can commit to a 6:30 AM start – punctuality is non-negotiable.

• Physically capable candidates who are comfortable helping with manual handling.

• Friendly, professional people with a customer-first mindset – you are entering customers’ homes and representing a premium brand.

• Team players who enjoy working alongside a partner rather than solo.
