We are currently seeking a meticulous Paint Sprayer to join a world-renowned manufacturing facility in Leicester (LE9 9JT). • Execute high-standard spray painting on a moving production line.
• Manage the powder coat process and perform equipment changes according to standardized requirements.
• Perform necessary rework on parts to ensure they meet stringent quality benchmarks.
• Maintain inventory levels and adhere strictly to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Collaborate effectively within a team, upholding corporate values of integrity and excellence.

Hours of Work and Salary:

Morning shift

• Monday 05:30 - 14:30
• Tuesday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30
• Friday 06:00 - 11:00
• £14.80 PER HOUR (up to £15.56 after 6 months)

Afternoon shift

• Monday 14:00- 23:00
• Tuesday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:30
• Friday 10:45 - 15:45
• £17.76 PER HOUR (up to £18.67 after 6 months)

Afternoon shift (4 days)

• Monday - Wednesday 16:30 - 02:30
• Thursday 16:30 - 02:00
• £17.76 PER HOUR (up to £18.67 after 6 months)

Night Shift

• Monday 21.30 - 06.30
• Tuesday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00
• Friday 17:30 - 11:00
• £18.79 PER HOUR (up to £19.76 after 6 months)

• Proven experience with spray systems, paint types, and equipment maintenance (tips/filters).
• Strong understanding of MSDS and COSHH safety protocols.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and communicate effectively within a professional environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional training.
• Successful completion of a practical spray test is required prior to placement.
