If co-ordination, strategy and growth are your strong points and you love driving results for clients, I have a brand new opportunity that might just catch your eye.

We’re looking for someone with knowledge and experience across digital marketing, who can work closely with a range of clients, acting as a consultant and looking at ways for them to get better results across each channel.

You’ll work closely with internal teams who will provide you with the channel specific data needed to pull a plan together, you’ll coordinate efforts to put a strategy in place and turn it into an actionable plan – with the channel owners executing the hands on side whilst you focus on budgets, timescales, coordinating all relevant parties and spotting opportunities.

You’ll be client facing and will work with a small number of clients at any time – largely B2B or lead gen focused clients, so experience here is desired. Clients that with this agency’s help, are really making a name for themselves and you get to play a key role in that journey.

We’re looking for:

• Knowledge across digital channels – Paid, SEO, Social, CRM, Email & Web Development
• Experience in a client facing role, owning strategy and overseeing projects or campaigns
• Confident presenting recommendations to stakeholders and board members
• Reporting skills inc. GA4, and the ability to turn analytics into actions
• An eye for CRO, UX and automation and spotting opportunities
• The ability to work collaboratively with each channel’s team and client services team

Bonus points for any experience scoping projects, quoting and resource planning – these skills can be picked up in the role if not. You’ll also have the opportunity to work closely with the Directors on interesting strategic consultancy projects – rebrands, launches etc.

Central Leeds location, flexible hours, hybrid working requiring 2 or 3 office days each week, healthcare plan, 25 days leave plus bank holidays and Christmas closure plus more!
