We are experiencing high demand for reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

• Day-to-Day Cover: Take total control of your working week. Choose the exact days you wish to work to balance around family life, studies, or personal commitments. It is an excellent way to gain experience across different primary settings and age groups with zero stress.

• Long-Term Opportunities: If you prefer consistency, we offer fixed-term placements spanning a term or a full academic year. This allows you to embed yourself within a specific school community, build strong relationships with class teachers, and support specific children's educational growth over time.

• Provide support to class teachers in preparing resources, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to reinforce literacy, numeracy, and core curriculum tasks.

• Help children build confidence, focus, and social skills, offering gentle guidance and encouragement.

• Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) by tailoring learning activities to suit their individual learning styles.

• Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour in line with school policies.

• Assist with supervision during break times, lunchtimes, and school trips as needed.

• Previous experience supporting children in an educational, childcare, nursery, or community setting.

• A warm, patient, and encouraging approach with strong communication skills.

• Good standards of literacy and numeracy (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths preferred).

• An adaptable, proactive attitude with the ability to step into different primary classrooms with confidence.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
