Role Core Duties

• Deliver dedicated, 24-hour therapeutic care to young residents in dynamic group living settings.
• Implement support plans designed to mitigate the effects of early life trauma and EBD.
• Support educational continuity, life skill development, and local community immersion.
• Ensure strict adherence to National Care Standards and organizational policy.
• Maintain positive team dynamics to ensure a harmonious, safe residential setting.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum 12 months of direct experience in residential care for young individuals.
• Active PVG scheme registration (or commitment to apply immediately).
• SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, calm approach.

Alternative Titles & Transferable Backgrounds Skills gained as a Youth Worker, Support Practitioner, Community Project Officer, or Care Specialist map exceptionally well into this position.
