Job Title: Children's Support Worker (Nationwide Packages)
Location Base: Newcastle upon Tyne (with nationwide travel to Cumbria, Birmingham, Peterborough, Southampton, etc.)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Contracts (Male & Female candidates welcome)
We are seeking dedicated Children's Support Workers based in Newcastle to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support packages across the UK.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored care, emotional support, and practical guidance to children and young people.
• Travel to and manage residential, community, or emergency packages in locations including Birmingham, Peterborough, Southampton, and across the UK.
• De-escalate challenging situations using approved physical intervention and restraint techniques.
• Work collaboratively with social care teams, local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Right to Work: Full UK Right to Work required (Unrestricted status only).
• Licence & Vehicle: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own personal vehicle are mandatory.
• Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel nationwide for short-term or ongoing packages.
• Certifications: PMVA / Conflict Resolution / Restraint Training certificate preferred. (In-house training will be provided to suitable candidates willing to complete the course).
• Sponsorship: No visa sponsorship is provided for this position.
