Key Responsibilities

• Support the classroom teacher with daily instruction and behaviour management.
• Lead targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions focusing on pupil attainment and SATs preparation.
• Dynamically adapt learning resources to meet diverse student needs in real time.
• Use creative and engaging techniques to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (familiarity with Year 1 curriculum and SATs prep preferred).
• Strong classroom management and adaptable, professional communication skills.
• Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
