Key Duties

• Support pupils through 1:1 sessions and small-group learning activities.

• Guide students in developing essential reading, writing, and numeracy skills.
• Promote an inclusive, engaging, and supportive classroom culture.

Requirements

• Strong passion for supporting primary-aged children.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to learning.
• Prior experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred, though a proactive and willing-to-learn mindset is paramount.
