Key Duties

• Assist the classroom teacher with overall classroom and behaviour management.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group interventions to boost attainment and support SATs prep.
• Create and adapt learning resources on the fly using creative teaching methods.
• Provide tailored support to meet individual student needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children (familiarity with Year 1 curriculum and SATs prep preferred).
• Strong classroom management and adaptable communication skills.
• Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service.
• Full eligibility to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
