Essential Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 months proven care experience working with children.
DBS: An active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Mandatory).
Residency: Must be a UK resident with the full right to work in the UK.
Key Skills Needed

Safeguarding: Recognize signs of distress and adhere strictly to child safety protocols.
Adaptability & Communication: Tailor communication to match developmental needs and adapt routines on the fly.
