We are looking for qualified Supply Teachers to work in a Primary School located in Bedfordshire to start soon.

Working as a supply teacher gives you access to a number of schools and often leads to other opportunities.

For those who are just starting out as a teacher this is a perfect way to gain valuable experience that looks great on a CV.

Through working as a supply teacher you will have the flexibility to choose the days you work and these roles could lead to long-term and permanent roles in our schools.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
• Deliver a range of lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
• Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
• Having control over a whole class and maintaining discipline
• Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
• Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
• Dedicated interest in children's education and creating the best learning environment.
• Positive outlook and attitude.
• Liaise with other members of staff in regards to student well being and behaviour
• Knowledge of various teaching methods.
• Safeguarding all children

Requirements :

• An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
• A degree qualification in teaching (PGCE) along with a QTS
• Eligibility to work in the UK(sponsorship is not available with this role)
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum
• Being passionate about teaching and learning
• Tailoring your approach to the individual needs of children and young people where necessary
