Residential Childcare Worker

What You Will Do

In this role, you will become a pillar of support for our young residents, helping them navigate their daily routines with care and consistency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building meaningful, trust-based relationships to provide essential emotional support.
  • Planning and engaging in activities that promote health and well-being, from park trips to creative projects.
  • Assisting with daily life skills, including meal preparation and school readiness.
  • Maintaining accurate digital records and monitoring progress using our internal electronic system.
  • Creating a warm, homely atmosphere by managing daily household tasks.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: £28,645.50 - £29,464.50 per annum, plus £67.50 per sleep-in (average additional £8,000+ per year).
