Woodard & Curran also aids employees in earning, upgrading, and keeping their certifications within the industry. As our Operations & Management Strategic Business Unit (O&M SBU) grows, we are looking to add a new member to our technology team! The O&M Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, installation, and maintenance of network infrastructure supporting remote locations across the United States, both remotely and on-site. This role ensures the reliable operation of network hardware, rapidly diagnoses and resolves technical issues, and protects both IT and OT environments through effective cybersecurity practices. The O&M Network Engineer maintains accurate documentation of network configurations, system changes, and issue resolutions to support operational transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing. Additionally, the position contributes to the development of innovative solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the O&M network infrastructure. Serving as a trusted technical advisor, the engineer communicates complex technical information clearly and effectively to O&M project teams and management. Above all, the role maintains a strong commitment to site safety and safe work practices. The location for this role is flexible, and we are open to remote employment with the ability to travel as needed to our facilities across the country. Travel will vary between car and airline based on your location in relation to our projects. We anticipate up to 50% travel in this role. The travel requirements will fluctuate depending on project and client needs.
