About the role
We are seeking a full-time Client Care Advisor to join our passionate and hardworking team at Vets for Pets. This role goes beyond the traditional reception duties, offering a dynamic work environment where no two days are alike. One moment, you might be calming a worried pet owner, and the next, you could be celebrating with new puppy owners. To succeed in this role, you must be organized, adaptable, and possess a genuine passion for customer care. You will be instrumental in building lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with us.
Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, managing appointments, and assisting our clinical teams to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will bring a vibrant personality, a commitment to quality service, and a willingness to tackle whatever the day brings. This full-time position entails working 39.5 hours weekly with a schedule that includes evenings and a Saturday morning shift every three weeks. Previous experience in a veterinary practice or similar customer service role is preferred. If this sounds like the perfect fit for you, please send your CV and cover letter to [email removed].
