Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant for a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. Your duties will include assisting customers on the sales floor, answering inquiries, and providing product knowledge to help guide purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and visual standards of the store, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to create an inviting atmosphere.

In addition to customer interaction, you will assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock checks, and processing returns. You will work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and promote seasonal promotions and events. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have prior retail experience, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
