Compliance Officer - 7500

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to ensure our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs that reflect current legislation and industry standards. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks, and work collaboratively with various departments to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities include monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the business, providing guidance on compliance matters, and preparing reports for senior management. You will also be tasked with conducting training sessions to educate employees about compliance requirements and best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively, ensuring that compliance issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in law, finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role. A certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred.
