Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant for a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining store presentation, and processing transactions efficiently. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring that all products are displayed attractively and correctly.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.
