Veterinary surgeon - join our supportive practice!

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our busy practice in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, offering a competitive salary up to £55,000 (FTE) based on experience. This ideally full-time position consists of 35 hours a week, with a paid lunch hour and only 1 in 3 Saturdays required, ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance. Our team is comprised of a stable group of professionals, including 3 full-time vets, offering an excellent support network as well as numerous opportunities for career development. With no out-of-hours duties, you can focus on delivering high-quality care without the stress of on-call responsibilities.

You will benefit from complete clinical freedom, with CPD and certificate support strongly encouraged to foster personal and professional growth. Our well-equipped practice features a full in-house lab, ultrasound, and digital x-ray facilities, allowing you to provide the best care for your patients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in small animal practice in the UK, possess solid surgical skills, and demonstrate a desire to work up medical cases.
