Your Role

• Support adults with learning disabilities and additional needs.
• Promote independence, choice, and well-being.
• Assist with daily living tasks and community activities.
• Build positive relationships and help individuals achieve their goals.
• Deliver person-centred support in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.

What We're Looking For

• A caring, positive, and compassionate approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
