Looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Workplace Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for employees, visitors and senior stakeholders alike. This is a highly visible role where you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional workplace experience while overseeing facilities, health & safety, suppliers and office operations.

What You'll Be Doing
* Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office
* Managing supplier relationships, contracts and service delivery
* Liaising with landlords and external service providers
* Overseeing office facilities, workspace planning and office utilisation
* Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions
* Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure
* Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
* Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained
What You'll Need To Succeed
* Previous Facilities, Workplace, Property or Office Management experience
* Experience managing premium corporate office environments
* Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience
* Budget management experience
* Health & Safety compliance knowledge
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
* A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* IOSH, NEBOSH or Facilities Management qualification
