Looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact?
We're looking for an experienced Corporate Office Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for employees, visitors and senior stakeholders alike. This is a highly visible role where you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional workplace experience while overseeing facilities, health & safety, suppliers and office operations.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office
- Support senior stakeholders with meetings and events (ensuring the meeting rooms are ready, drinks and food are ready etc.)
- Managing supplier relationships, contracts and service delivery
- Liaising with landlords and external service providers
- Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions
- Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure
- Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
- Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Previous Corporate Office Management experience, ideally within a financial environment
- Experience managing premium corporate office environments
- Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience
- Budget management experience
- Health & Safety compliance knowledge
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
