Shape better outcomes for young people in Leicestershire.
Join us as a Whole Area Model (WAM) Implementation Officer, playing a key role in delivering the Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) model across the county. Coordinating delivery, you’ll work closely with partners to manage implementation and risks in line with local priorities. In this role, you’ll support research and contribute to learning assisting the development of a consistent approach to diversion.
This is a part-time role of 18.5 hours per week on a 12-month fixed termbasis. (If applying as a secondment, you must have Line Manager approval prior to application.)
What you’ll be doing
- Delivering WAM activity within an agreed scope, including developing policies and products.
- Supporting research, evidence gathering and evaluation through collaboration with YEF.
- Identifying implementation barriers and supporting resolution by escalating through governance routes.
You must have
- Governance, assurance and policy development knowledge within a public sector/partnership environment.
- Previously coordinated and delivered area of complex projects/programmes.
- Ability to convert programme objects into practical policies and documents.
