We’re looking for an experienced Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to join our established recruitment business in Chesterfield.

This is more than simply filling bookings.

We want someone who can take ownership, develop accounts, grow business and help drive our Driving & Logistics division forward.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll take responsibility for managing and developing driving and logistics business across Chesterfield and the surrounding region.

You’ll be trusted to get on with the job.

That means building relationships, understanding your clients, keeping a strong driver pool, protecting margins, spotting opportunities and delivering the kind of service that makes clients pick up the phone to you first.

If you’re good at driving recruitment but feel you’re building someone else’s desk, this could be your opportunity to build something you can genuinely call your own.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Managing and developing existing driving and logistics accounts
• Building strong relationships with clients and drivers
• Recruiting HGV, Class 1, Class 2, 7.5T and van drivers
• Managing temporary bookings and driver availability
• Maintaining high standards of driver compliance
• Managing rates, margins and account profitability
• Growing spend and opportunities within existing accounts
• Identifying and winning new business
• Delivering a fast, reliable service to clients
• Taking ownership of the performance and growth of your desk

Recruitment Account Manager

Ideally, you’ll already have experience within driving, transport or logistics recruitment.

However, we’d also be interested in speaking to strong recruiters from industrial or other high-volume temporary recruitment sectors who understand how to run a busy temp desk.

We’re looking for someone who is:
