Security & Resilience Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Security & Resilience Lead to oversee and enhance our organization's security framework and resilience strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies and procedures that protect our assets, information, and personnel. You will conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.

Your leadership will be critical in responding to security incidents and developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity. You will lead the design and execution of training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills to recognize and respond to security threats effectively. Additionally, you will oversee the management of security technologies and tools, ensuring they are up to date and effectively integrated into our overall security strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, risk management, and incident response, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. A relevant degree and certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred. You should have a proven track record in leading security initiatives in a dynamic environment, demonstrating your ability to drive change and improve security posture across the organization.
