BIM/Revit Technician

We are seeking a skilled BIM/Revit Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit software. Your primary duties will include developing detailed 3D models, producing accurate construction documentation, and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant standards and regulations. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to facilitate effective communication and streamline project workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building design processes and a proficiency in Revit and other BIM tools. You should possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time. Responsibilities will also include conducting clash detection, performing model audits, and assisting in the preparation of project proposals and presentations. A relevant degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field, along with experience in a similar role, is essential.
