Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a Fixed-Term Contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will also maintain store presentation standards, including organizing merchandise displays, restocking shelves, and managing inventory levels. Your friendly approach and knowledge of our product range will help foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment. Previous retail experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
