Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Your duties will include greeting customers, answering their inquiries, and providing product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring that products are well-displayed and stocked.

In addition to customer service responsibilities, the Retail Assistant will handle transactions at the cash register, process payments, and manage returns and exchanges. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions and specials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Flexibility in working hours is essential, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers.
