Weekend Client Care Advisor

In this pivotal role, you will ensure every client and their pet receives exceptional service during their visit, working across our first-opinion practice and Referral & ECC Hospital. Your duties will include managing appointment bookings, handling client inquiries, supporting admissions and discharges, and collaborating with clinical teams to maintain efficient operations.

This role is particularly well-suited for those who are pursuing studies, balancing another job, or have family commitments during the week. You’ll be part of a friendly team, and while previous veterinary experience is beneficial, it’s not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
