Client Care Advisor

Join our dedicated team at Vets for Pets Colchester as a Client Care Advisor, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their beloved pets. This position offers a blend of front-of-house engagement and administrative support, ensuring that every client feels welcomed and well-cared-for from their initial contact through the completion of their visit. You will handle inquiries, manage appointment bookings, support patient admissions and discharges, and maintain accurate records while fostering effective communication between clients and clinical teams.
