Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with stock management, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise according to company standards. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing product recommendations will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will manage transactions at the register, ensuring that all sales processes are completed accurately and efficiently. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including tidying displays and replenishing stock, will also be essential. As a Retail Assistant, you will collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Previous retail experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays, is also necessary for this role.
