Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Your key duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product inquiries, and providing information on promotions and sales. You will maintain a clean and organized store environment, contributing to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the retail space.

In addition to customer service, you will be involved in stock management, including receiving, unpacking, and arranging merchandise on the sales floor. You will also assist in inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and reporting any discrepancies. Cash handling and processing transactions accurately is an essential part of this role, as is the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
