Client Care Advisor

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding care and support for their pets. Your responsibilities will include greeting clients, managing bookings, and providing guidance on our services while maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and their pets will be essential in creating a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.

This part-time role requires you to work 26.5 hours per week, including shifts that vary between 8am-2pm and 1.30pm-7.30pm, along with one Saturday in four. A background in veterinary reception or customer service will be advantageous, as will your computer literacy to navigate our booking system efficiently.
