Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, and providing information about promotions and store policies. You will also be tasked with maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-stocked, organized, and displayed to attract customers.

In addition to customer service, you will handle cash transactions accurately, manage the point-of-sale system, and assist with inventory management. You will play a crucial role in implementing store promotions and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory, as we value a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
