Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant on a fixed term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge, and maintaining a tidy, organized store layout. As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for restocking shelves, managing inventory, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. You will also engage in visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience and promote special offers. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and uphold high standards of customer service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, is necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
