Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with their inquiries, processing transactions at the cash register, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring that promotional displays are visually appealing and up to date.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. You should be a team player, willing to take on various tasks and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
