Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with product inquiries, processing transactions at the point of sale, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. You will also be responsible for restocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively to promote sales.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a strong ability to engage with customers and understand their needs. Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is essential as our store operates on varied schedules.
