Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary duties will include processing transactions accurately, maintaining an organized sales floor, and restocking merchandise as needed. You will also help keep the store clean and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Previous experience in retail or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory. You will need to work collaboratively with fellow team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. Additionally, a basic understanding of inventory management and the ability to handle cash transactions securely will be advantageous.
